Construction Management

Solano Management provides Construction Management Services ​in two capacities.

Construction Manager At Risk

This delivery method includes a commitment by the Construction Manager to deliver the project within a (GMP) Guaranteed Maximum Price with an agreed upon schedule.​  Solano Management can either arrive at a GMP cost by soliciting and collecting proposals directly from subcontractors or by soliciting and collecting proposals directly from General Contractor. 

Construction Manager As Agent

This delivery method is a fee based arrangement in which the Construction Manager acts in the owner's interest.  The Construction Manager advises on the project and has no financial guarantee to the owner.  This type of contractual obligation has the owner holding all contracts and assumes the risk of delivery including cost and schedule.
